Unless modenr variant does not force people to occupy their no home SC's by the end of fall, a lot of other people need to be disbanding units....

And if one does not need to make sure to have an army or fleet on each non-home SC to keep iot..damn! wasted 2 armies.

Check your email GePap. AFAIK there's no diplomacy variant that requires people to occupy any supply centers indefinately in order to own them.
