  • MLB - Play Offs and The Cubs are in!

It got a few degrees cooler in hell the other day when the Boston Red Sox made it into this years play offs.

And the temperature dropped even lower today...

    CUBS WIN

They won their division for the first time since 1989 and are in the play offs.

    American League
    East - Yankees
    Central - Twins
    West - A's
    Wild Card - Red Sox

    National League
    East - Braves
    Central - Cubs
    West - Giants
    Wild Card - Marlins

    YES... Hope does spring eternal.
    Keep on Civin'

I was all set to cheer on the Giants. Guess not now.

                  Meanwhile, here in Michigan...

Detroit needs to win their last two games to avoid tieing the '62 Mets as the all-time suckiest team.

And with the Twins leading 3-0 in the top of the 4th, it doesn't look good.

crap, who do i root for? the braves, who i know are like the lover who gets off before you and then just leaves you there, or the cubs, who've never even almost gotten there until now?

well, if the cubs go all the way, then they'll be just like the hanshin tigers.
