  • Circumcision

Being brought up Jewish, I was obviously circumsised. Used to consider it mutilation, I was only 8 days old but after reading about the health benefits, and that it is an evolutionary dead end like the appendix, I'm not so sure.

    Thoughts?

Supposedly, circumcision slightly lowers the chance of penis cancer and infections.

well, since they did it to me before i was sentient, being a baby and all, i don't really have an opinion on it.

I believe you're sentient as a baby... we have the mental capacity of a spider monkey then, which are thought to be conscious.

Besides, few would argue that babies are conscious, surely?

I never felt bad about it until I heard you guys at Poly say how good it feels to have that extra friction. I really feel I'm missing out on some great sex . Because when I'm wearing a condom (which I always do for intercourse) I really can't feel ****. I can't help but think if I had a foreskin I would enjoy having sex while wearing a condom more.

              I feel so mutilated

but I do think they look better . Not that I really go around looking at men's penises. But you can't help but see them in porn movies.

Diss: I can live without the friction, after all, the more we are desensitised, the longer one lasts. Great sex is all about the woman anyway, for us, physically its not much better than "going solo".

Fairly safe assumption that it makes us bigger too! Like the foreskin can act as a constrictor, preventing width!

ok, well, maybe i was sentient.

but i have no memory of the time, and making love still feels quite exceptionally good, so whatever.

I don't think there's any justification for it.

Is it better done as a baby, or is it ok at any age?

i figure as a baby, since at an older age, particularly after puberty, you're probably much more likely to fight to the death anybody with a knife coming for your pecker.
