  • Need help with workaround, adding new techs

    I can deal with not being able to add new units; I've taken away the unique units and am cannibalizing their spots for the new unit classes I need.

    For techs, however, I'm screwed.

    I need to add 30-40 new technologies, and can't figure out how to do it. There aren't 30-40 techs in teh existing game that I can cannibalize, they're all pretty important.

    So, am I stuck? Has anyone found a workaround? When I add a new tech element to the XML file, it chokes on startup with a MAX_NUM_TECHS error or something.
