All the children in the nations of the Treaty of Mt.Gravatt know that Alecrast and Bulbagarden tried to annex the island of Sheepsta while the USS constituion broke down. The former President of the USS is still alive and will testify for this if he comes out of exile in Jobedpet.

Furthermore, even if he did testify to that, it would make no difference. You can't change what happened by having a ton of people who you control say it happened another way, especially when doing so you need to retroactivly RP something.
And for the record, 7 days IRL passed between the USS collapsing (being deleted) and Alecrast and Bulbagarden moving in to establish the protectorates. That's several years of game time IIRC.

I'm guessing it's a corruption of Russia and Federation, with bits in between (maybe Russian?) I got Sovietskii Soyuz right after a while, but until I learn Rossiyskayafederatsiya to hand, it will be copy/pasted
