The problem was with the court is that some people had more fun with it than with the game itself......

    Uber's Revolution

it sure did shake the game up, but it's probably the major reason i left (aside from drowning in classwork).

actually, i've noticed a lot of those choices relate to me. awesome

the game was tons of fun for me early on. i just didn't like it when the population of the demogame exploded. i may join up in the next one, we'll see

The First Gazette Cartoon as well.

A stick figure drawing of Uber being slain by the DIA...it's around somewhere, I got to go dig that up...

    B) Case Pink. I wasn't around for the initial proposal, but the idea to attack France directly lead to our victory.
You've got it a little bit off.

Case Pink was named as such due to the fact that we discovered the French first. We were milling about wondering what to do about our situation with many people unsure that we could do much at all.

Uber and Sir Ralph (and me a bit) were discussing the possibilities for a military solution to our poor start. That solution would target the French, but there was a lot of uncertainty about how feasible it would be, and whether we could have a sufficient number of Archers ready at an early enough date. At the time we only had Poly and Banana HQ (?) (the free city from the hut settler).

I asked Uber what he needed for offensive action. He replied 8 or 10 archers and 3 or 4 spear. I sat down and figured out how to get that number of veteran troops at as early a date as possible.

Then we found the Americans. Case Pink had served its function, because we were well on the way to having the forces required to be able to engage them in the first war. And on we went from there.

Case Pink was not the plan of battle. It was the plan that showed everyone that we could produce enough quality forces in a short enough time to make winning by war possible.

Like who? Certainly not me. well a little. allright allright!! I admit it!. But really I only enjoyed it while I was in private practice - thanks Reddawg, civman and Thud for the business.

But still, the best memories are of the Jungle Gazette. It seems like yesterday Un PM'd me to send my otherwise lost in the scuffle letters to the Editor to his fledgling periodical. BTW, Whatever happened to that damned dog, Dog, Moral Hazard and young skywalker?

And Three bananas for those who actually played the game.
