Reverting saves into scenarios

Is there a way to take a save from my game (ideally 4000bc) and revert in into a scenario, where I can choose my difficulty level, civ, barbs, etc.

For example, I feel on a really interresting map and I want people to play it while I do (Apolyton University concept, see strategy board...). But I need a *.bic or .bix file in order to do so. Is there any way (i.e. utility program, editor, etc...) to do so?

Unfortunately it isn't compatible with 1.29f/PTW saves, but it can still process screenshots.
