Civ3.com - desktop themes unavailable?

Was anyone available to display the wallpapers from Firaxis´official site http://www.civ3.com/ptw_downloads.cfm ?

Everytime I try it, I get an empty page And yes, I have javascript on

I had no problems at all. Some interesting wallpapers there.
