    USA 8pm EST - new game long running game starting this Sat night

    Got interest from:
    DD, deity, Hawkhunter, Makeo, Berz, Dang, Dr_eamer (cyberthing), Zylka...

    Some will drop out so post here and stay tuned.

    Mandatory:
    Deity level
    1x1x
    no city bribe
    Med Map, even with 6 or 7 players

    To discuss:
    alliances - suggest none with NO co-operation between civs
    no unit bribe - prefer I think
    Wonders - at least one each
    Barbs - suggest roving
    Huts?
    tech trading/stealing?

    Due to the loss of a venue my gig calendar has been severely curtailed, so I intend to vent my frustration in a quest for world domination...

    no alliances - I agree with no planned alliances from start, but sometimes in game it becomes mutually beneficial to work together. Where would the line be drawn - mutual trading blocks? allowing troops to move through territory? Wouldn't be happy with things as extreme as city swapping though.

    no unit bribe/tech stealing - I'd vote to allow both, but accept a vote to dissalow them

    wonders - do you mean limit wonder building?

    tech trading - surely this must be allowed

    barbs - roving good

    huts - no preference

      he he I like the guy. City swaping IS pretty extreme and must be dis-allowed, I agree.

      You mean Yes to Unit Bribe? And Yes to Tech stealing?

      I prefer One Wonder per civ games but I'm easy.

        I'd say yes to both, but don't have strong feelings towards them. Mainly because when you have to do either, you really need to do it. If it is no unit bribe, does that include barbs?

        One wonder per civ - never done that before, I like the idea.
