I volunteer to do story contest

This forum better not die. It almost did around X-Mas time last year. Anyway, the last story contest was July 30th. It seems it has been shut down. Well if no one else will I'll run it. If no one else volunteers, then I'll start the thread. The problem is I am so busy with school, cross country, and my two instruments that usually the only time I can post is on weekends.

How many crimes, wars, murders, how many miseries and horrors might the human race had been spared by the one who, upon pulling up the stakes or filling in the ditch, had shouted to his fellow men: 'Beware of listening to this imposter; you are lost if you forget the fruits of the earth belong to all and that the earth belongs to no one." - Jean-Jacques Rousseau

I play a YAS-52 Alto Saxophone. It's a great intrument. I got it used but in good condition for $750, when they retail for 3500. I also play the piano, which is a grand piano that's in great condition that was a gift to us from my grandfather. I'm pretty good at saxophone, and pretty good at piano also. I don't know really how good to say I am, but I went to a music festival in Spokane, WA and played Mozart's Rondo All Turca. I received a 94. I assume you play the gee-tar.

Yes I play classical gee-tar and the piano as well. Haven't been taking lessons very long but I'm renting a studio piano and I hope to keep going for quite a while.
