That would take some real thought...something Texans ain't good at.
But seriously, you already have a bunch of plays try to coordinate their actions for the common good. It's hard to stay on the same page. You have the Foreign, Trade, and Military Advisor all deciding our intelligence needs. Throwing in a 4th will not improve efficiency in goverment.
Or like my Father-in-Law would say, "it ain't right!!!".

It's simple. We don't need an Intelligence Minister because that is a function easily handled by the Foreign Minister.

This is getting a little off-track.
Here is the thing...
Unless we are spending 1-3 K gold-a-turn on espionoge, the foreign minister should be able to handle it.
We will need to develop an intelligence agency first for the position to make sense. If the forign minister needs help at that time, it should be the positions perogritive to ask for it and expect it.
Remember.... pillage first then burn.
Insulting texans will get you nothing but pain so dont try it,
anyway i agree with MSS we can have someone else can handle it unless we're spending tons of money.
