screen too small to edit

Couldn't find any other posts about this, so I may be the only idiot . . . i downloaded the hacked edit file and am trying to create my own mod with new civs, units, etc. But, when I bring up the edit window, it is too big for my computer screen (even though i have a 17 inch monitor) so I can't edit everything in the window. Anyone have any ideas? Thanks.

You need to change your resolution to 1024x768.

I have my resolution set at 1152 X 864, and I still can't get everything on my 17" monitor. I have to move the screen around to get at the Close, Help buttons. I think some resizing and reorganization is in order frankly.
