great gold wise. 2-3 grand..the A.I. has virtually nothing.
but, they can do as good in science and everything else ???

Ceeman - Because you don't understand something that makes the game suck? You simply need to understand the difference between a Civ's Gold Treasury & their Gold Income. AI with good Gold Income can support a large military even if their Gold Treasury is 0 and even if their Net Income is +0 after paying for the military & building maintenances.
