Well I had more qeuestiosn last night so I plan on adding more later on today when I remember them...

But for now:
Did I just consistantly miss the 'add' button on the governments menu? I mean I could have sworn it wasn't there last night, but it is this morning (Which is kinda nice as I wanted to add Thecracy & Facism to the current mix)...

Also does anyone know a nice utility for adding Civilopedia entries to Civ3? Now that I can add new governments it would be nice to be able to add entries for them...

There isn't one yet. You have to edit the Civilopedia.txt file manually, which is actually surprisingly simple.

Well time for a new question...

Anyone actually know the effects of rate cap & assimilation chance? Or which way the numbers should go in the Resistance Modifier vs. field?

I want a handle on those optiosn before I add anymore governments to fill out the ranks (I'm aiming for an end game where the democracies, Communists, Fascists, & Fundamentalists fight for control...)
