  • Civilopedia Values vs Unit Table values

After playing a few games and having a hard time, I decided to modify the Unit tables in the Manual Appendix by adding a column with the Advance required for each unit. So I brought up the Civilopedia and much to my surprise, the data in the Civilopedia did not match that of the table for many units! For example,

Artillery: Table values; Cost 60, BRF 12,2,3
Civilopedia values; Cost 80, BRF 12,2,2.
Battleship: Table value; ADM 24.20.4, BRF 8,2,4
Civilopedia values; ADM 18,12,5, BRF 8,2,2
Aegis Cruiser: Table values; ADM 12.12.5, BRF 4.2.4
Civilopedia values; ADM 12.10.5, BRF 4.2.2
    Army: Table value; Cost 200
    Civilopedia value; Cost 400

I found all these discrepancies, and I hadn't even gotten out of the B's yet! Which one is correct, the tables on pages 201-205 of the manual or the values in the Civilopedia??

The Civlopedia in the game is correct. The manual was printed weeks before the game codes was finalized, and contains old information.
