BUG:No feedback when can't afford upgrade

When you have a unit that you can upgrade but can't afford to upgrade it, you receive absolutely no sound or message indicating why you can not upgrade the unit. For this reason, I had thought there was a bug in which Horsemen were not upgradeable to Knights, which I posted earlier in error. In that situation, I had < 80 gold, which was fine for upgrading spearmen to pikemen at 20 each, but not horsemen to knights, which cost 80.

Please provide some sort of clue to inform the user why the unit is not upgradeable!
