  • Apolyton Hispanic Handles

I had spotted 'Don Quixote de la Mancha' a long time ago. That an Anglo chooses that name to register at Apolyton is really cute, don't cha think?

But what follows is much better. Just today I discovered a 'The Cid' posting over the Clash forum. Ain't it wonderful?

Funny thing, both posters are from Canada. Between this and my personal experiences with the thing Canadian, I can't but ask: what does Canada have to attract so much Hispanic flavor?

Has anybody found any other Hispanic handle yet to post to this forum? (the very one you guys are thinking of does not count )

I once spotted a "Conquistador Pizzarro" (sic). Can't remember more now, but I know there are a few.

What's that one that we are supposed to be thinking about?

(Jay Bee's note: aaaargh!!! did it again!!! Thank God I could save your original post)

        Re: the 'pseudo-Hispanic handle':

Ah, but that would be a Italic handle then.

        Re: The Cid

It was his first post in the Clas forum, and his second overall. Let's wait a bit before contacting him... Maybe he will find this place by himself...

          And my answer:

Well, yes. Aren't Italians and Spaniards in many aspects so much the same? Don't answer If the Italic handle guy actually spoke Spanish I would have invited him to join us myself. Not a bad guy, only a bit disoriented.

          A newbie then... you're right, let's wait.

No, he is referring to Gianni, who used to have Franco links and pics in his sig, and later Franco as his avatar.

BTW Martin, you have REALLY got Gianni going!

                    Well done!
