Thank God the Democrats didn't get rid of the filibuster during the Obama years
The Republicans will probably just wait till the Dems use it, make a huge public fuss and then abolish it.
I think you need more votes to do that, and I don't think some republicans will want to get rid of it much the same way some Democrats didn't. If democrats wanted it gone when they had a chance, they would have.
By the way, Ayotte did concede so that complicates things.
