The industry already exists. We aren't witnessing the creation of the marijuana market in California, only it's legitimacy.

There are positives and negatives. Paying taxes. Purchasing permits. Having your name on a list.

Competition? Wholesale distribution doesn't quite work that way. Not many people can deliver quality and volume on consistent schedules.
