  • Charlie's war - propaganda

It always is this way but this time I'm also bored.

    Now I like tom hanks.

He comes to paros every year has a nice little house and does the traditional swimming from paros to antiparos, no hollywood bull****, out there with the people. Even drinks the refreshment at the end of the swim like every parisian (I guess?)

But it's so full of propaganda

right wing nazis portrayed as people with slight quirks etc

Plus it got boring very quickly

I liked the movie and it was based on a true story.

But that was not the point.
          That's well known and documented.

The thing I was saying was that it was absolutely hilarious how they presented fascists, dictators etc (I only watched up to tom hanks talking with the pakistani dictators) as some sort of nice guys. Including, of course, the protagonists.

I mean, there are some people here who worship the ground monty python walked and they souldn't.

Because unintended comedy is always the best one
