There appears to have been a persistent swing in polls in favour of Leave as the undecided portion dwindled. I don't expect the sympathy vote for the killed Remainer to be too strong. It looks like a Leave majority is upon us. Good riddance.

People have a larger effect on their governments on smaller scale administrations AKA Nation States.

Either the whole EU changes to its founding principles or we'll go back to nation states, probably have another devastating global war and then then whole thing will be attuned to something more humane again (like in the origins of the EU), because of course internationalism is always the answer.
