A MrFun DL would be boring in a much more political way, like imitating some third rate Republican Presidential candidate who nobody cares about

It is remarkably unfunny, so fits in with MrFun, but I take the point

Given the lack of knowledge of the man, the poorer DL would fit more with an American poster who has heard about the issue and decided it would be fun to parody. Hence my pick of HC.
