      Feudalism
      I regard this as an impotant tech. The Longbow unit adds significantly to city defence and because it is a stronger unit, to the power rating. However I prefer other units from other techs, such as Macmen from another tech, to attack cities and destroy enemies before they get into my territory.
      Feudalism allows a civic that makes workers faster. And that is really good to speed up development of tiles

      Guilds.

      The grocer gives a luscious 25 boost to city gold which does much to buuild a strong economy. And the grocer increases the effectiveness of various luxuries.

      Nationalism.

      No big deal really.

      Windmills

      Very good in low food areas with lots of hills.

        Windmills: Never used them, until I modified them to carry fresh water like farms can. Then I used them a bit.
        No, I did not steal that from somebody on Something Awful.
