Hi everyone,
I recently re-installed Civ4 and thought I'd fiddle with the world builder, but it's gone from the menu! And after a bit of of rummaging around the game, I found out that some shortcuts had been disabled as well (including Ctrl+W).
So I went back to the .ini file and replaced the zero value with "chipotle", but it didn't change anything at all. I still can't open the console nor worldbuilder. Do I have to reinstall everything again? And is it gonna change anything at all? :/
