JCivED - a Civ 1 tool: pic modding, map edition, exe patching...
Hi guys,
I usually frequent the CivFanatics forums rather than Apolyton, but here I wanted to share with you the existence of JCivED, a Civ 1 modding tool created by yours truly, that allows:
- PIC modding
- SVE/MAP edition
- EXE patching
- Fonts modding
- probably other things I forgot...
