I made a smoothie out of frozen strawberries, blueberries, a little OJ and some pink lemonade, a little bit of spinach, and about 2 tbs of ground flax seed.

It's a big sucker too... about the size of a lava lamp.
I suspect I will have to dispose of most of it.
