TCU has:

L vs #5 Baylor.

TCU is the better one-loss team. Only loss was to a ranked team. TCU still has ranked West Virginia and ranked Kansas State on the schedule.

Oregon has nobody ranked if Utah loses.

Notre Dame has a W vs #14 Stanford. L vs #2 FSU. Has #14 ASU and #20 USC coming up.

Michigan State has the L to Oregon.

Oregon - the offense is back on track with 147 points in the last 3 games. The defense has been a bit shaky, but Mariota appears to be the cure-all.

Arizona - bounced back nicely over Wazzu, but it is only Wazzu...
Arizona State - Probably the best in the Pac south, except...
Utah - Could be the Pac south #1. Beat USC and UCLA, so next week will decide.

Stanford - Resumed its expected form with a dominating win over Oregon State
UCLA - Eked out a win over Colorado, which was a surprisingly close game
USC - Another close loss to a one-loss team. Sark is on track to match his seven-win threshold while at Washington

California - Much improved, and the offense can put up a lot of points, but still not there
Colorado - Close, tough loss, but a program on the rise
Washington - Seems to be on a bit of a skid

Oregon State - Terribad
Washington State - Horribad

I'm a bit surprised TCU didn't move up at least a slot, but I guess the voters weren't impressed by them running up the score on what might be the worst defense in the Power 5, if not the FBS. FSU and Notre Dame are both overrated, as is Ole Miss a bit. As of now the Big 12 is on the outside looking in.

Having Ole Miss as #3 still is ridiculous. They lost to a 2-loss team. I guess they're counting quality wins much more than losses. But then why is Arizona ranked so low in comparison? Doesn't make much sense to me.

Still, having Oregon as #5 and ahead of Bama is fun. As long as they win out, their ticket is punched.

Nope, Oregon will fall behind a 1 loss Big 12 champion. They have nobody left on the schedule, whereas TCU has WVU, and KSU still to play. Two more ranked teams. If TCU wins this week, they should jump Oregon.
