Clearly they were impressed by his tenure with the Maple Leafs.
During Burke's tenure with the Leafs from November 2008 to January 2013, the team consistently failed to make the post-season and remained the only team in the League that was unable to do so following the 2004 lockout.

He's good. But stickhandling like that isn't very difficult. The separation in talent in stick skills between an NHL player and say, a varsity high school player isn't as large.To us, it is the BEAST.Comment
