Doc, I know you've been around a long time, and you probably remember the Harrison administration like it was yesterday, but it's not 1877 anymore.

I think the court is steering this the right way.
No, I did not steal that from somebody on Something Awful.

Serious question. Why do you still live South of the Mason Dixon given the general tenor of your posts?

            Because he dissents.

This should come as no surprise to anyone on this forum.

I believe it is on this forum where I have seen non-white posters claim that racism is worse in the North-East than the South. I could recall incorrectly.

The fact that a number of white Southerners have admitted to some reporters in the election of 2008 that they did not vote for Obama because he's black??

                        Are you serious?

You think that didn't happen in New York, Boston, or Los Angeles?

                        Do you smoke crack?

Are you serious? You think I think that there is no racism in the North and just in the South?

I did not say that there is no racism in the North (and West). In fact, my recent posts have pointed to persisting racism outside of the South.

                            Check your pipe, dude.

Because the rural parts of Illinois, or Idaho, or even Iowa are all that much better?
