Thinking about getting this, but does anyone know if you can move a franchise (ie. **** off Phoenix, Miami, Long Island) and/or realign the divisions (Winnipeg: not in the Southeast)?

I haven't bought an NHL game in a long time, but I might this year, since it's the only way I'll get to watch a Preds (or any NHL) game.
