How to get this chick into me again?

Last September, this girl approached me and asked for my number. We went on one date and thing went well but then she started to act funny and I figured out on facebook that she still had feelings for her ex-boyfriend. They apparently got back together or something and she unfriended me. From time to time, I would check her public wall and dude apparently did something because they broke up again about two months ago. Doesn't seem like they're going to get back together now so how can I go about getting this girl's interest again?

I do have her phone number but I don't know if she still has that number. I also can send her a friend request on facebook. Regardless, how should I go about doing this and what should I say?

The fact is, she was definitely interested in me and I think she disappeared on me not because of me but because of the dude so this seems like a winnable situation for me if I do it right.

It's specific advice for the situation you described, not all relationships. Plenty of fish in the sea, no need to obsess about one that already bounced back to an ex without maintaining any sort of contact for months.
