    have the odds more like gal civ
    basically do away with the tank gets defeated by militia
    if it says 99% of success I want you to succeed 99% of the time
    on the same end a 33% odds your most likely going to fail
    also make priest and execs have 0% failure rate
    why should they fail?
    with the current way we have to suicide mission a weak unit then kill it
    being scenarios usually don't allow new random seed on reload
    I never played through gal civ scenarios goes the enemy power is jacked and I can't colonize much
    I am not going to play a sparse colonize able scenario
    also make the ai smarter like they do build marines bu they use as a more powerful infantry units instead of a marine. I've never seen an enemy carrier except in rtw
    being that when I crank up the difficulty I usually get stuck in the low end and stalemate there so I don't see enemy mech infs and such and the modern age gets easy cuz they have infantry cuz I am on a mid difficulty
    also civ 4 needs barb leave not armies of barbs every few turns or none
    I don't need barbs every 5 turns or whatever I won't touch raging horde with a 10 foot pole
    also I want option to tun off nukes if civ 5 had that I'd be more likely to play it
    as long as the ai is nuke happy I am not playing Civ 5
