It seems that a lot of mods focus simply on changing alpha.txt, but for some things (most notably getting rid of the clean mineral exploits without getting rid of other uses of tree farm/centauri preserve) that doesn't seem to be enough. Is it possible to actually change things in a more programming-ish manner?
