Is this homophobic?

Martin is a syndicated newspaper columnist, a political analyst for CNN and host of “Washington Watch With Roland Martin” on TV One.

During last Sunday’s Super Bowl, he tweeted: “Ain’t no real bruhs going to H&M to buy some damn David Beckham underwear! ..If a dude at your Super Bowl party is hyped about David Beckham’s H&M underwear ad, smack the sh@t out of him! ” and “I bet soccer fan Piers Morgan will be in line at H&M in the morning to get his hands on David Beckham’s underwear line! LOL.”

This was in reference to a TV ad with soccer star David Beckham shown wearing nothing but his underwear.

GLAAD demanded Roland Martin's firing and CNN complied with his suspension.

I'm still trying to figure out what was homophobic.

What if the 'dude' works for an advertising firm that handles 'Fruit of the Loom'? Couldn't this be an expression of extreme brand loyalty. An ex football player might have a vested interest in an underwear brand.

Is it obviously homophobic? It's certainly a stab at "metrosexuality" but certainly not all gays have the traits of metrosexuals. So, really, it is an attack on metrosexuals, which, quite frankly, they deserve for being such girlymen

When I saw that commercial, I expressed enthusiasm. Beckham is hot, and I said so. Should someone have smacked me for saying that?

Martin has a history of gay-baiting. He defended Tracy Morgan's repulsive and unfunny tirade about stabbing a hypothetical gay son, even after Morgan sincerely apologized and made amends with the gay community. He touted his wife's ability to "pray the gay away." And he's made similar tweets of jokingly approving of violence against people who don't fit his notions of ideal masculinity.

Still, CNN suspending him is pretty selective, considering they regularly have on Focus on the Family bigots to provide "balance" whenever the gay marriage issue is reported on, and they tend to say far worse things.

I think it is more promotion of the mindset were violence against men who deviate from the masculine norm is acceptable.

How many times have we seen an outspoken Black man keeping it real to a set audience that he is speaking to get misunderstood by those outside the community and get lambasted and lose economic well-being. This men are only speaking what is known that homosexuality is white-sex behavior (MELANIN). Black men on account of melanin are more senstitive to testoserone and this makes them more masculinzed than white men. Men who are more masculinzed have better cardiovascular health (UNTIL THE MCDONALDS DEALERS IN DEATH dealing on every corner under the golden arches SLAVE MARKETS had ARCHES

But men who are more masculizned are more susceptible to infections (AIDS epidemic). Melanin acts as a machanical barrior to microbes so Black skin compensates for a weaker immune system. Pale, lumbering, asthmatic white men have hypersensitive immune systems and poor cardiovascular health because white men have been monogamous homebodies whose uneventful lives enabled them to sire children in their dotage. Black ancestral marriage patterns involve polygamy and polygamous societies are violent. In the origin of Blackness, tolerance to disease wasn't so much an issue because Black men lived fast and died young.

But how did this lack of melanin, lack of testoserone white-sex behavior enter the Black community. Just as the enslaved children of Af Ra Ka were robbed of their names, culture, and history and given those of their masters, so too does the Black so-called homosexual take up the homo/metrosexual culture. Add the gluttonous food (MCDONALDS) that drives the obesity epidemic in the community and we see fat-induced estrogen levels increase and the femiNAZIation of the Black man on a BIOLOGICAL LEVEL (TRUE BIOLOGICAL WARFARE). Child molestation fuels white-sex behavior. It is positively unproductive, immoral, and anti-Afrikan and have manifested the historical disloyalty of Black so-called homosexuals to the liberation of Muurs.

It's obviously a DL but unlike the Albie persona or Drake's numerous DLs this guy isn't even funny. The concept was good (angry black man who's mad at the world) but he was too over the top about it and too many of his posts were boring rather than interesting.
