Nvm. Did a clean reinstall of Win7.

You know the account you're never meant to use on a day-to-day basis? The one you're meant to keep disabled? It was used. And a password was added to it, and now that password has been lost to ether. I know it's a phone number--maybe. Maybe not.
Anyway, if anyone knows how to fix it I'd appreciate the advice.
"You say that it is your custom to burn widows. Very well. We also have a custom: when men burn a woman alive, we tie a rope around their necks and we hang them. Build your funeral pyre; beside it, my carpenters will build a gallows. You may follow your custom. And then we will follow ours."--General Sir Charles James Napier

In the future, there are free boot disks that can reset the admin password

One caveat: if you have encrypted files then they'll be lost when you change the password. Use truecrypt instead of NTFS encryption to avoid this
