The emperor again (and to be unappreciated again) calls for the full return of Aztec cities without condition and reparations paid to the Aztecs. The emperor is happy that Inca forces have been removed from this terribly scene of atrocities, but there is no reason for further bloodshed or continued occupation of Azteca. It serves no apparent purpose, and the long-term retention of Azteca cities by outside powers is unthinkable. The Inca will provide to the Aztecs reparations for their minor part in the conflict, 500M incos over the next two decades, plus further assistance loans if the Azteca so desire, at Cat1 rates.
The Inca call for immediate mediation of the Azteca occupation by any power acceptable to both parties, if this is not already underway behind the scenes.

Notice to Involved Nations:
I express agreement with the sentiments communicated by the Incan Government. I would point out that there are no "both nations" to approve a mediator, there are five nations currently occupying former Azteca cities. Turkey is in the process of reducing this number through diplomatic channels, in a private process.
It is obvious however, that if the Azteca cities are to be returned at all, they must be returned in the order that they were given/taken away. Therefore, I suggest the following schedule for the restoration of Azteca cities. First, Tlaxcala must be returned to Azteca by Valhalla, second Tijuana must be returned by Natives, third, Cali must be returned by Inca. Then Texcoco, followed by Tenochtitlan and finally Teotihua Canal.
Camaxtli and Santa-Enya will be tried by Turkey for War-Crimes. As King Camaxtli is in our custody and his identity has been verified by dental records and handwriting experts all imposters must step down and stop impersonating him immediately so that there is no confusion among the Azteca people. I am confident that the Sultan would reject any other plan for Azteca restoration, including the notion that Turkey would pay any reparations.

Iran is at WAR with China!
The Chinese government instead of peace-talks has tried to bribe us into the war to destroy the Indians. This insolence can not go unpunished.
Military experts suggest that if we can coordinate our attack with the Neandor cavalries and the Indian army the Chinese will be banished from the land of India within 2 turns.
Comrade Catherine is seriously surprised why her old rival and far relative King Veneta is turning back the Neandor army back in Neandor while we were in agreement to act coordinated and decisive to resolve the Chinese issue.
The most disturbing aspect in this turn of events is that it comes right after the Russian proposal and assurances in good will.
Any comment will be appreciated, as now 15 Krasnaia Armia divisions just stay at the Chinese border and waits.
Tijuana will be returned if and as when the Aztec government has stabilized, and the people of Tijuana are satisfied that returning to the control of their some-time government will not result in being gobbled up by European powers. Ergo, Tijuana will be very unlikely to return while Ottoman troops prosecute a war against the Aztecs and continue to hold Aztec cities.
Now that a Russian sea Captain serving in the DA navy has shown their colours the Neandor Line must be secured and the ACE allies defended.
Neandor offered a foreign policy position saying that we do not oppose other nations securing Chinese cities for Mongolia and India. We still hold that position but Russia asked for Neandor troops to be sent to help that war effort, then is involved in an aborted attack on my dear ally the French. No damage was done and international relations are restored but our confidence is reduced.
Neandor already has an army in India figting with the Arabians and India. We will limit our involvement to that effort. If Russia and other nations open up a second front in the North, that is still fine with Neandor but not with our troops. I believe Inca are interested. However I think my sub continent friendswould prefer that they handle the war with China so let's hear from them on this.

Tlaxcala was to be returned to Aztec control a while back and was not accepted by the mad king because of Ottoman aggression. I am willing to return it now as well on the same conditions that the Natives have decreed for Tijuana. The Ottomans must leave the continent and stop attacking the defenseless Aztecs.

Notice to Valhalla:
Please be informed that Turkey has already offered peace to the Azteca, prior to the capture of the Mad-Camaxtli, and that peace has been refused. A second time, Turkey offered Peace, following the capture of the Mad-King, however, we have not recieved any response from the rebels or any other group claiming legitimate control of the Azteca Government. Camaxtli obviously can not negotiate on Azteca's behalf as he is in Turk custody, and quite insane as of late. We have recently offered unconditional peace to Azteca a third time, but they have yet to respond.
Obviously we will not entertain discussions with any of the many Camaxtli imposters, pretending to be in power. As for Valhalla's offer to return Tlaxcala, we welcome it as a first step to returning Azteca cities to Azteca control, however, it seems there is an impasse. Turkey will not return any cities until Tlaxcala is returned, along with all cities that were taken prior to those taken by Turkey. Valhalla was willing to unconditionally return the city taken by the Valhalla Government prior to Turkey's involvement.
Consequently, if Valhalla now takes that position that it will only return cities after Turkey has, then we have an impasse, ie no cities will be returned by anyone, and negotiations on this matter are concluded. We regret this, as we have almost concluded successful negotiations for one of the involved nations to leave the theatre.

Incaconaco has also offered Cali(xtlicthuaha) to the Azteca multiple times. We see no reason for further delay, and request that the Turks remove their forces from the mainland and revert control to an Azteca authority, or any old farmer will do, just someone wearing green. Incaconaco is willing to temporarily assist with the logistics of the de-invasion if that is necessary, with a spare galleon we have nearby. Perhaps if the Azteca would ever return the two galleons we "loaned" to them, it would help expedite the process... The Turks may also transfer their arms under Inca control, and Inca will then itself transfer them to Port Irina or another Turkish territory, should immediate transportation be unavailable.

needed economic reforms where being made to the nation. Now the golden age has ended so the need for
Emperor Kurosaki has also come to an end. He no longer wished to rule so he created a group comprised of
former Daimyo, they were called the 13 court guard squads. There sole duty is the protection of Japan and
its interests. They met for the first time in the capital for their first ever captain’s meeting.
Head Captain Shigekuni Gnreyusi Yamamoto called for the beginning of the meeting.
Squad 1Captain Yamamoto: My fellow Captains, you have all been briefed on the status of our nation and
you have all been specific duties. Since this is our first meeting I want us to all state our names, squad, and
duties now let me start. I am Captain of squad 1 and head captain of the 13 court squads.

The purpose of this conference is to be decided by democratic voting what the destiny of the Chinese territories will be. The decisions will be taken with a simple majority of the votes. The conference will be held in the next 3 days in a small and cosily conference room in Sankt Petersburg.
Representatives of all invited nations are expected to confirm their presence on the conference in short.
Admiral Bayeg, recently declared an international war criminal, returned to southern India as the Chinese army battered down the weakened defenders of Delhi. The once mighty city of 20 million people was now reduced to less than 5. The final sacrifice of India's people's army hit the Chinese invaders hard as they were massacring the population. The last guns of the Indian people's army rolled into the outskirts of the city and began to bombard their own homes. To save the city the Indian People's army had to intervene, to put themselves between the Chinese army and the populace that had been unable to flee. Wave after wave of the Indian People's Army fought its way into the city, through the rubble, through the piles of corpses and broken buildings. The superiorly armed Chinese army fought back every step of the way. The intense city warfare lasted for days, the Indians despite their knowledge of the streets and their doggedness, kept losing battles they should have won, again and again and again, yet not once did they stop attacking, never did their morale waver, they knew what had to be done, victory must come at any cost. Yet as the dozens of riflemen divisions of India's People's Army dwindled, it seemed the battle could not be won. Yet the officers themselves led the next wave, and they too perished. The Hero of Ganghez, Mohandas, now promoted to Liuetenant General led several successful attacks upon the enemy, but even he could not fight on after his first charge, his men lay wounded and dying. As he viewed the burning city, Mohandas threw himself to the ground cursing his weakness. The Indian People's Army had sacrificed itself almost in its entirety, as it did at Guangzhou. Victory was Pyrrhic in the east, and defeat was imminent in the heart of India.
Then the Muslims of the west arrived. The great Muslim Prophet Goronanak Devji had traversed the Arabian lands, the Ottoman empire, the Russian borders, the Neandor territory, the country of France. Across the muslim world had he travelled with a plea: those of you strong of faith, those of you who believe in the will of Allah, seek to aid your brothers in their struggle, come to the lands of India where you will be blessed a thousand times for your bravery. And they came, by the thousands, equipped with the fine weapons of the west and in the darkest hour, the heart of India was saved by a glorious army of Arabs, Neanders, Russians, Frenchmen, Ottomans and every other nationality that had sons of Islam. Together they had united under the Arabian banner and together they arrived to defeat the remaining Chinese invaders.
As Admiral Bayeg arrived in the smoking ruins of Delhi, the Muslim People's Army had already begun cleaning the city and burning the corpses. For weeks hundreds of thousands of people worked to clear the streets so they could drag out and burn the corpses. The funeral pyres of Delhi kept on and on and on, they flamed day and night for months. The stench of burning flesh would never leave the Indian capital after that.
