    Nuclear Weapons and diplomacy

    Anybody done any experimenting with these?
    How do no nuclear weapons AI civs react to nuclear weapon civs?
    There is an extra text that comes up during diplo interactions-"Your nuclear tests are alarming" or somesuch but other than that is there any actuall gameplay effect?
    Do they become fearfull? aggressive? more obedient?

    Meaning to use a single, 0 movement nuclear weapon as diplomatic leverage.

    I may be wrong, but from experience I believe they give in to threats more often and are less likely to want to go to war with you. Unless they outnumber you massively or have nuclear weapons of their own. I've never actually seen any numbers to confirm this.
