Yes, congrats to the Pornhuskers....I was wondering who they were (and if they were from Apolyton or that other website who's name I am currently forgetting).

Good to see I lost to a fellow Apolytoner at least! I was looking forward to a repeat championship, but happy to at least have made it interesting (well for the two of us at least...not sure it was that interesting for all the rest of you eliminated in the first 5 weeks of the season).

Looking forward to getting my title back next year however!

Yep, Cowboys over the Colts did me in on Sunday

Looked like the Colts might actually complete the miracle comeback but they fell just short and it was all over.

I started a 2nd league and didn't do much better

it was fun watching you guys week after week hanging in there

so why doesn't sparrowhawk play fantasy football?

Good question. I think about it every year, but you guys start thinking (NFL) football much earlier than I do. I watch Football every weekend but don't watch it as religously as any of you and don't know the players by position nearly well enough to win a fantasy pool. Having said that, I hope to be in one of next years Fantasy pool(s).....though a PM in June or July when you start talking about the draft would help....usually when I notice the first NFL thread it's August and the draft is long over (or at least started).

we do golf and baseball too, we had 2 bb leagues last year and ~12 people for golf, our best season so far. And I'm considering a roto league this year for bb in addition to our weekly and/or daily league.

You're always welcome at FFZ. We have a couple of live draft leagues where we draft in the final weekend of pre-season, plus a slow draft league that's done pretty quickly.
