I discovered smac a few weeks ago and as i like singleplayer games on huge maps, i have obvious problem with bureaucracy drones. Is there possibility to alter its formula? I did not found anything useful in alpha.txt.

jklamo, welcome to 'poly. Bureaucracy drones are a function of map size and efficiency.
You could try modifying efficiency in the faction file of the faction you are playing. Try a really huge number for efficiency and see what happens.
