Well there are most likely several logistical factors to be considered. Even though allowing gays to serve openly is itself not a problem there are obviously going to need to be a handful of structural changes...I would appreciate the democrats actually letting government organizations figuring out what the **** needs to be done before voting for once but congressional democrats are all about jumping the gun aren't they
