    Oroetes Arrested

Finally the Persian armies caught Oroetes, fleeding into the woods on the Orb-Persian border. After the fall of the last Hastogianistic Bastille, Hastogsburg, Oroetes fled in despair.

But the Persian infantry was able to get him in only a couple of days. He was lead to the Shrine in Hastogsburg which was prepared to serve as the place to trial Oroetes. Darius wanted to end the crimes of Hastogianism in the center of Hastogianism itself, to show the world that the threat is gone.

Oroetes was unmoved. He followed his guards with pride in his eyes. Ready to challenge Darius. Never had Oroetes failed the true values of Hastogianism. He was prepared to die for his ideals.

Oroetes hides in the woods before Persian soldiers arrest him

    Return of the General

Upon escaping the pursuing fleet of Russian Line Ships, Brigadier-General Volukovich halted a a trading ship leaving from Moscow towards Greece and was told of the developments in Arabia. Deciding to leave the planned coup of Arabia until after his homeland was secured, General Volukovich sailed back to Russian shores, landed north of Rostov and began to march west.

    Journey of the Prince
Meanwhile, Prince Igor's ship was nearing Egypt to seek out the possibilities of a political alliance, possibly through marriage. He was very curious about Egypt as he had never seen their lands or their people. The eastern part of Meltecon was practically unknown in Russia. Little did he know that while he was away, his Princedom was about to be challenged.

    Qualms of the Minister
Minister of State, Flakovich was perturbed, General Volukovich's army was moving through Russia Major and gaining support. The Military academy in Moscow had imported books about military strategy, tactics, supply theory and hundreds of works on a large number of topics. The Military Institute consisted of a vast Barracks, the Military Academy and a huge statue carrying the tale of the fall of Dominika. It lay directly opposite the ancient Academy of Scribes. While the Military Institute had limited its curriculum to military affairs, the Academy of Scribes had diversified into science, philosophy, culture.

The minister had realized that not only had his officer corps been reading military works, they had been reading radical thoughts on government. From the barracks in Moscow the ideas of the liberal revolution began to spread. The soldiers were then sent throughout Russia to garrison the cities, spreading the ideas of liberality. The militarized feudal state had created its own worst enemy. A military that was slowly changing loyalty from the throne, to the nation.

Reforms would have to be enacted, or the Princedom may well collapse completely. The minister sighed, he wrote a letter to be sent to Prince Igor as soon as possible, then another to the Brigadier-General now spreading the revolutionary ideas throughout the countryside. If he could not engineer a compromise, civil war would break out.

Ottoman Empire Declares War on Russia

Anna Hatun woke early on this fateful morning and sent the orders for the troops to sail to Izmir and storm the city.

While Grenadiers landed on nearby hills, a team of Frigates pounded the Russian defenses to nothing.

The time for revenge was here.

Trial against Oroetes - Trial of the Millenium

The courtroom in the Hairy Shrine had been prepared. Many spectators were seated in the great hall of the shrine. Many soldiers ensured order and prevented the hate against the Steward to materialize. When everybody was seated, the doors opened. In chains Oroetes walked through the central path, guarded by 6 soldiers.

    Silence.
    People held their breath.
    "Liar" someone whispered.
a "Murderer" was yelled at him.

    Then silence again.

"All rise" the secretary of the court room said.
    Oroetes seated himself immediately.
The soldiers pulled him from his chair, trying to force him to rise. Instead he tumbled on the ground. The judges entered while Oroetes was on the ground.
Darius and Oroetes looked each other in the eyes.
The soldiers placed Oroetes on his feet.
    An awkward situation.

"Please be seated" the president of the court, Darius, said.
    Everybody seated himself again.
The eyes of Oroetes were dark, filled with pride and hate.

Anna Hatun Declares War on Arabia + Liberates Izmir

Anna Hatun has already become a legend in Ottoman lands for liberating the city of Izmir with no casualties suffered.

Forces are now setting their eyes on Bayezid's Wall which will fall soon as well. With this second capture, Bayezid's Island will again be completely under Ottoman control and be neighbor to our friends the Romans.

Russian forces are being garrisoned towards the well-defended Ottoman borders on the mother land and do not have enough numbers to make a push, although they will undoubtedly try. Caliph Mustafa III's production of Air Ships have proved an edge in the defense of the home land.

The formidable Russian navy has been spotted about to enter Ottoman waters between the mother land and Bayezid's Island to challenge the Ottoman navy. In preparation for this battle, Anna Hatun declared war and sank an Arabian naval unit aiding the Russians. The Arabs settled a second illegal settlement near Turkey and will be destroyed soon as well. Their request for this settlement had been denied by Caliph Mustafa III and still they settled.

When the Russians enter Ottoman waters they will discover another surprise that the cunning Caliph Mustafa III was able to prepare in defense of Ottoman waters.

Finally, Anna Hatun has formally offered a cease fire to Igor in exchange for Bayezid's Wall. Should Russia hand over the city and vacate Bayezid's Wall there will be no more bloodshed and we will finally settle for a long term peace with the Russians. Failure to accept these terms will mean the taking of Bayezid's Wall by force, death to all Russians in the city and continued hostilities on the Ottoman/Russia border.

Fate is now in Igor's hands to decide war or peace.

ALL HAIL ANNA HATUN GREAT LIBERATOR OF THE OTTOMANS!

    Treachery in the air

The war had not begun to Russia's advantage. A surprise bombardment of the northern settlement on Izirbayzdan, from both sea and air. Ottoman airships had dropped bombs while ship cannons had pounded the defensive positions. At the same time, inexplicably, the Moscow University exploded in a series of detonations, Russian intelligence officers were found assassinated and troops had landed on Izirbayzan.

The garrison commander of Izmir observed the solid army embarking on the nearby hill. There was no way he could hold against that army while airships dropped bombs and ships and cannons bombared. He quickly decided to move his forces to the south to join the defenders at Bayzan.

The Generals in Moscow knew, this would not be a fast small campaign like last time.

this is a story about Persia

Persia accepts Freedom of Speech and Freedom of Religion

As a first step into a new future, the Persian Empire has accepted Freedom of Speech and Freedom of Religion as the new basic values of the nation. No longer Hastogianism is the religion of Persia. No longer do anti-hastogianists have to watch their language. All religions are welcome now in Persia! No longer will people be discriminated against. No longer will the strongest prevail. All hail Darius!

ooc: b/c of time limits right now I need to delay the trial on Oroetes (mother in law's birthday). Maybe later! No pictures as well therefore. Bear with me. I hope there's freedom of speech at my in-laws place

The new world order in India

"It is a small sacrifice for your God; your mortal life for enlightenment"

By the order of the Empress, Ashoka and his templars ( a very devoted militaristic group led directly by the High Priest) took controll over all cities. Slavery was a common practice even novadays in India, but mostly in the periferial, smaller cities. Now has been announced that the final hour is near, evil endangering the country of God, all must make sacrifice to defend the light or everything will be lost.
In practice this meant forced labor in every city, for men and women, childen and the old. The hard work under very difficult circumstances caused much death and many fled from the big cities to the countryside.
Interestingly though there was no rebellion against the system, the church did its job well keeping the moral up, by constantly preaching the men about the brighter future here or in the afterlife.

this is a story about Persia

    The Trial against Oroetes

Finally the day arrived in which Oroetes had to face justice. A temporary courtroom had been created in the main hall of the Shrine. In front of the former alter the judges would be seated, presided by King Darius himself.

A small incident happened when the King and Judge entered the room and Oroetes refused to rise for him. But now silence had returned and everybody was eagerly waiting till Darius would speak.

(ooc: a Persian court of course does not work like a modern western court does! The judge is not only the judge but also the prosecutor. The suspect defends himself, there is no laywer.)

Today the actions of Oroetes of Pasagarde will be judged. Oroetes, born in Pasagarde, has lead the nation of Media and Persia for many years. Today he will face justice for the crimes committed under his regime.

Oroetes of Pasagarde is being charged for crimes against New Persia, crimes against the people of Media and Persia, crimes against the Ottoman allies of Media, crimes against the international society, murder, genocide, fraud and harming the image of Persia in the world.

Oroetes of Pasagarde, do you plead to be guilty or not guilty?

Darius and the other judges enter the courtroom

    King Darius presides the courtroom

Oroetes responds to the accuses of King Darius

    Darius questions Oroetes
Oroetes rised from his seat and walked towards the window. Then he spoke:

I do not recognize the validity of this courtroom.
Darius of New Persia has no rights to imprison me neither does he have the right to bring me to trial.
I am the rightful leader of Media and Persia.
I am not guilty to any accusation made by illegal rulers of the empire.

The validity of this court room is not upon you to decide. You are trialed by the people of Persia. The people you have suppressed. The people you have killed. The people you have stolen from. King Darius said.

If the people are judging me, then why are you presiding this courtroom, self appointed King of Nothingness?

Oroetes of Pasagarde, you are facing judgement for your actions. You are the one being trialed. Not this court nor the administration of this Empire.
You are being accused of abusing your position to take advantage of the weak.

As a true Hastogianist I have never harmed any of the weak that were not standing in my path.

But what if, according to your definition, the weak were standing in your way?

As a true Hastogianist I then hold the right to remove them.
I have lead this nation in the true spirit of Hastog. I have united the Hairy and the Heavy, I have improved the position of Media in this world.

At the cost of other nations, like the Ottomans

The Ottomans were weak. They were not able to breath without our support. We have learned them to be strong. It was a though lesson, but look! Now they are proud and strong, and very able to achieve their own goals.
You want the weak to be dependent to the strong. You want to enslave the weak with charity. Removing their chances to choose their own future, decide their own actions. You want to tie them to your throne by promises and gifts.
Hastog says that it's better for the weak to die then to be slaves of the so called good.

Why do you continue to justify your actions by referring to a mythical person that may or may not have lived thousands of years ago?

Hastog is the inspiration of my life!
And not only of my life, it's the inspiration of the life of millions of Medians!
I quote him because he teached me to be strong! Without Hastog Media would not have been the Empire it is today!

When you invaded New Persia, many innocent children died. Is that what Hastog wanted?

What is a child apart from unfulfilled potential?
Theer's nothing a child has achieved, a baby does not even remember what he did the day before.
Yes, a child may grow into the new Fed'Az or Far'Az. But a child can also become a criminal or a murderer.

A child is nothing yet. If we kill it, why would we mourn? Potential is nothing as long as it has not been fulfilled.
There are other children. The children of yesterday are forgotten tomorrow.

Do you really not value the life of children?

Yes, I do value their lives!
But I do not worship their lives like you do.
In death there is no difference between a child or an adult.
When death, it does not matter if a child lived for 2 weeks or if a man lived for 80 years.
Neither the child nor the man can remember their lives.
Neither the child nor the man do care about their lives anymore.
To them life is not even vague shadow of history. Once they're death, the life of an 80 years old is as worthless as the life of a baby.
Why do you care that much if a child dies, while you understand that an old man has to pass away?

Spectators are witnessing the trial against Oroetes

Children have the potential to build the nation of the future. You remove their potential when you kill them. You kill our future!

Did we run out of children yet?
As far as I am aware our cities are crowded with children.

Yes, many children in New Persia were killed during the war.
It was for the best benefit of the nation. Now we have a strong empire. They gave their life for better goals then whatever they could have reached if they would have lingered around.

Not only did you kill many infants, you also killed talented young men on the battle fields. Men that ran families, men with skills. Leaving a void for their women and their children.

We have not killed a single man that would not have died eventually.
Death is the final destination for all of us.
You have a problem with death.
I do not. The greater good for Media and Persia lies not in those who are living now. We are a strong nation because of those who died in the past.

Why do you care if someone lived for 40 or for 80 years?
Both are death now. Death makes no difference between those who died at a high age or those who were killed early on.
    Nobody cheats death.
And I will bring it to the weak who block the progress of the only Eternal Thing in life, which is Media and Persia.

Your cruel philosophy has ruined the life of many people. It has alienated our nation from civilizations all over the world.

Yet it has also enriched the lives of many others. And despite the fact that we are hated, the nations of the world also admire us for our boldness. We buy nothing for their love. But their fear keeps us safe. Love is an empty word. It holds nothing but promises. Promises that are never fulfilled. Once you love one, you give everything, you follow your dreams and hope to find your final destination. But then love fades and the truth that remains is nothing but a reminder of a fairy past.
Hate and fear give courage to those who are hated and feared.
Look at the Ottomans. Once they were loved, or at least they thought they were loved, which has in the end the same result. Now they know that they are alone. And it makes them feel strong! It gives them courage. Now they have finally found reasons to believe in themselves. Now they have finally reasons to be proud about their nation.
Their pride is fueled by their hate and their anger. It delivers the energy to move forward.

    Silence, fool!
You speak about hate and force as if it made anybody ever happy.
What's to be found in courage and pride if there's no love and happiness to hold it?
Who could enjoy the fear in his enemies eyes if there's no place to find comfort and rest?
Nothing satisfies the human more then the knowledge that he's loved for who he is instead of being feared for what he has done.

It's not our actions that define our identity.
It's who we are! It's our inner feelings, our love and our care that moves us.
Hate burns us while love builds us.

Who do you see, Oroetes of Pasagarde, when you look into the mirror?

    to be continued.....

Darius questions Oroetes about his 'cruel philosophy'

Darius holds the authority and the power to end the life of Oroetes when found guilty

After many years of indecision for Mali, someone finally stepped forward to lead the country. He mysteriously rose through city governments, making promises and keeping them thus endearing the citizens of Mali. After many years of service in government, his efforts were rewarded as he became the first President of Mali. His name was K'nuk.

After taking office, President K'nuk spoke to the world:

Leaders of the world, I address you as the new leader of Mali. For far too long, Mali has relied on her own resources to grow and stabilize the economy and research. While we have done well for ourselves, we can do much better by working with others. We extend the hand of friendship to all nations be they our Tao brothers or followers of other religions or even no religion.

We have done well to accrue money in the past and want to use this money to bolster our research. If you have technologies to share, we will gladly pay your scientists to come to Mali and teach us your knowledge.

For those countries that have new military units, we may be able to offer you money for that as well. While we have no intention of launching an attack, we certainly must keep abreast of the current situation of the world. It is better to be prepared should war be launched near us than to react to a strike upon us. The path of Tao still guides us.

I look forward to hearing from all world leader and wish to make deals that will benefit everyone.

    MOSCOW GAZETTE
    Russia mobilizes!

For the Prince, for the Army, for Mother Russia! The words are shouted out by the fresh unit of Grenadier cadets recently examinated from the Moscowian Military Institute. They may see real combat very quickly as the Ottoman buildup upon the border of Mother Russia's west front continues. The Military institute has been running at maximum capacity resulting in a record number of soldiers trained in the last 5 years. The loss of the Moscow University through terrorist bombings has caused trouble in training new battalions in the usual non-military subjects such as language, philosophy and state science, though other training will continue as normal according to the Institute. A shift in focus from Grenadier training to training of Cannon crews has been indicated. The resulting surge of demand for Steel from the Military Institute has overwhelmed the capacities of the forge and created a shortage for any non-military purpose. The Industrial Ministry has looked into ways of increasing production for the new material which will undoubtedly be a central part of both military and civilian technology in the future. No Ottoman troops have yet dared to enter Russia Major.

    Fighting continues on Izhirbayzan.
A Russian expeditionary force has conducted a daring strike upon the city of Izhir, also known by the name Izmir. The Royal Navy, led by Admiral Lakovich in command of the NKV Tolstoj, has landed troops directly into combat with city defenders, resulting in victory for the expeditionary forces. Once again superior Russian training and tactics enable amphibious assaults to Ottomania's detriment. Izhir is once again in Russian hands. While retaking the city, a large number of refueling Ottoman Airships were destroyed before they could take off. Parts of the debris has been sent home to Russia for further study. Meanwhile the main Ottoman expeditionary force continues to march south towards Bayzan. Russian troops report having destroyed enemy cannon in a courageous assault. Ottoman troops on Izhirbayzan are now cut off from supply lines and will find a difficult time in securing the island. Russian arms seem ready to grasp victory once more!

Glory to the Mother land! Strength through hardship, glory through courage!

this is a story about Persia

The Trial against Oroetes Pt 3

When I look into the mirror, I see a proud man who has accomplished his goals and lead the Medians and Persians into a glorious future. And despite the fact that you are most probably going to ruin this future, It makes me feel good that the demise of Persia is not because of my work, but despite of it.

    Oroetes of Pasagarde,

You have handled the Persian Empire as a personal toy. You have abused us, destructed us, and ruined the lives of many. And not only did you destroy more then any human can ever dream about to build up, you also do not show any regrets.

All you know is how to use force.
    How to handle force.
How to push things your way through force.
Force is your tool and your weapon.
Force is your first name and your last name.
Force is your kind of diplomacy.
You love nothing more then force.

    But Oroetes, you must know;
Force is always beside the point when subtlety will serve

    Oroetes of Pasagarde,

In the name of the people of Persia,
    In the name of justice,
In the name of the authority given to me, I sentence you to the penalty of death, to be executed immediately.

Darius orders the execution of Oroetes
The end of of the Stewardship

Oroetes then raised his voice! "By Beli'Az by Beli'Az, I am ruling under the authority of Guru Beli'Az! Beli'Az awake and save Media and Persia from the King of Weakness!"

Suddenly a loud noise was heard, the sealed doors of the room of Beli'Az was breached. A gigantic man literally walked through the door. A firm look in his eyes, standfast and full of authority.

    Everybody was in shock.
Then the gigantic figure walked towards King Darius and grabbed him by his throat. "You don't have the right to replace the Steward who's ruling under my authority!"
    Darius was choked to death.

People dropped to the floor, worshipping Beli'Az.
He raised his voice: "Today, people of Media and Persia, your Guru has returned!"
Oroetes was grinning from ear to ear.
Beli'Az continued with power in his voice: "All who want to challenge my leadership, challenge it now"

    Nobody dared to step forward.
    People were in awe.

"People of Media and Persia, this King of Weakness almost destructed the Empire of Media and Persia! He was not able to do this unsupported!"
Quickly the Guru looked at Oroetes.
    Oroetes nodded.

"This King of Weakness was supported by the Indians! His armies were trained in the Indian woods! We cannot tolerate these Indian attempts to influence our government or our great Empire!

As Hastog has teached me for over 350 years, the weak must be smashed aside when they are standing in our path.
The Indians are weak and they placed themselves in our way. We will therefore have no other option but to remove them!

To WAR with India! To War! Death to the Queen of Terror!"

The transformation of the Persian empire back into a Hastogianistic nation was swift. The people were in awe of Beli'Az. A guru they had only heard about from tales from the past.

This Beli'Az was exactly as they had read in the books from Farza and Oroetes. A strong leader, a man with a firm opinion. No doubts, a true leader.
This man was exactly like the Beli'Az they were told about by their parents.
This Beli'Az was no myth! He was alive and ready to lead the Medians and the Persians into a glorious future.

Oroetes was right! The parents were willing to sacrifice their babies for this Guru!
And so the stewardship of Oroetes ended and Media and Persia was once again lead by a Guru.

Crying our for help as they crossed the borders into the war torn coutnries of the West.

this is a story about Media and Persia

The Median and Persian fleet sinks an Indian destroyer

Persian infantry crosses the Indian border at many places.
    The Invasion starts

The armies, inspired by the return of Guru Beli'Az, immediately secured strategical positions against India after the declaration of war. Persian destroyers secured various invasion fleets. The armies crossed the borders at already three places immediately, 2 more fleets were ready to hit the Indians at unexpected places.

The biggest army was able to move into India quickly after a new railroad had been finished over the length of many many kilometers in one turn. The invention of Railroads boosted the production capacity, which was already one of the highest of the world. Because of the golden age that continued to flourish thanks to the inspiration from Beli'Az, Persia was now discovering new technologies every 2 or 3 turns. Combined with the new universities and academies, founded by many great people in the past few years.

Guru Beli'Az ordered to refrain from destroying civilian structures and fishing ships, even while one of the Indian fishing ships passed an Indian destroyer closely. "We are bold, but we are not evil" Beli'Az commented.

The cradle of Tao is in danger!

India calls upon all her allies ((right now only those who are in the so called "top 6")) to rally and protect Her!

We especially counting on Korea, the resident leader of the Tao community to send its troops against the evil, treacherous Hastogianists.

    Sha'Tao Citadel, Delphi

High Priest Zulkash: And so it begins.. just as I have foreseen it..

High Priest Kordush: The New Indian Governor is requesting our help. He reports a massive hastogianists army marching towards the capital, it consists of at least 20 infantires and 10 cannons. There are also reports of several smaller raiding parties landing near our cities.

High Priest Ashoka:I've always said that Darius is weak.. nevertheless He did a great favor for us.. even if it's a bit too convenient that our supposed friend left his army in perfect striking distance from our cities.
I'm ready to rally our army and protect the Islands.. if that is what we want.. but I have a feeling that it is not the plan

High Priest Zulkash: We won't leave the towers undefended, that's what they want. Just instruct the governor to do everything to slow the persians down. No sacrifice is too big, don't let them being captured-burn everything what they can not defend. Tell him that do what his God wishes and his family will be safe in Delphi..

Battle report from the Indian intelligence:

The first wave of the Persian attack forces consist of 30 infantires and 19 cannons deployed next to 3 cities. The full new Indian army less than half of these force most of them concentrated in the capital.

Indians estimate that they won't be able to prevent losing 4 cities far from the capital. Whether they can hold the capital or not will decide the fate of the rest of the cities.

As first act of the war the Indians launched a counter attack and captured a small Perisan city where they managed to destroy the previosly damaged persian destroyer. An other destroyer was lost by the persians in the following battle.

    Prince Igor in Egypt

Arriving in the lands of the east, the Prince encountered concerning news. The sea voyage from west to east had taken great time and though several resupply stops had been made, the faraway northern cities of the Byzantine empire were not concerned greatly with recent events in the west. As Prince Igor stepped off the ship in Friendship City he was met by the Russian ambassador to Egypt. The news of war between Russia and the Ottomans caused a devious smile to cross the Prince's face. If the dogs wanted another beating, Prince Igor was confident that his many Generals would be able to administer it. He continued his journey to Alexandria to meet the Egyptian Princess.

Many sights impressed the Prince, especially the rich river floodlands that covered all of Egypt. The Egyptian mainland was truly opulent, yet similar to Russia in size. Hastog's doom, he muttered, referring to the ancient superstition that the people of Russia had been cursed since the beginning of time, to live in harsh lands with foul neighbours and be forced forever to fight to survive. The news of war with Ottoman seemed to fit all too well into that superstition. A quick calculation of river size and distribution gave Prince Igor the startling realization that Egypt's rivers alone would create at least 40,000 gold coins annually in rivertransport taxes, compared to Russia's lone river Volga that awarded a mere 11,000 per year. The Prince cursed Hastog again.

Arriving at the Royal Palace in Alexandria, the Prince was met by a cohort of royal servants who treated him with proper reverence. The Egyptian monarchy was clearly an institution with age-long traditions and well-trained servants.

    Prince Igor leaves Egypt

The following day, the Prince was met by the Prime Eunuch and told that the Princess would likely be unavailable for some time. Igor was not pleased with this news, he had travelled for months only to find his nation back home to be at war and an unreceptive host in his current position. A thought crossed his mind that the Ottomans had perhaps engineered this meeting to get him away from his people at a crucial moment. He dismissed the notion, there was no reason for Egypt to so, in fact, he had himself chosen to come here. But to not be received was not to his liking. He decided to update himself on the war. Byzantine state newspapers were readily available and covered the war in some detail. Prince Igor read about the loss of Izhir and its reconquest. As the evening neared the Prince decided to get a hold of the Evening News, a decent publication by all accounts and was stunned when he saw the front page.

Princess Cleopatra engaged to Basil II of Byzantium!
The Prince stood baffled, reading and re-reading the headline. It seemed that while he had been enroute, the Byzantine regent had been most active. Angrily turning to page 6 for the important news, about the war, the Prince was once again stunned.

    Ottoman supership sinks Russian frigate!
According to Russian sources, the NKV Victory was sunk by an Ottoman ship described by the Russian Admiralty as a Destroyer Class vessel, clearly not of Ottoman manufacture.

Prince Igor stared in shock. The picture taken by Byzantine war reporters was stunning. A fleet of Ottoman warships led by a metal hulk clearly far beyond anything the Turks could be able of creating. The ship was armed with huge guns far advanced beyond the simple ship cannons of Ottoman technology, which were normally not even Steel-forged. Despite its clear superiority, a tinge of pride grew in the Prince's heart as he saw that nearly a third of the ship had taken considerable damage and had a slight tilt to the port side. The NKV Victory had put up a gallant fight.

The Prince folded together his newspaper and announced to the Egyptian newsstand proprietor: I must return home!

    Meanwhilst back in Mother Russia

Brigadier-General Volukovich arrived at the main defensive force stationed in the Sevastopol hills. His fame and popularity easily allowed him to take command of a majority of the troops, as noone dared doubt his claim that he had been sent by the Prince himself to oversee defences. The Ottoman had begun to move an army towards Igorograd. The General surveyed the maps.

Later that evening, the General gathered his officers and fronted the new war strategy. The passive role of awaiting assault was unacceptable. The war must be brought onto enemy territory. The Russian army began to march. Reconnaissance units burst into Ottoman territory with the grand army following closely. Calculating distances and troop strengths, the General ordered the greatest invasion by Russian troops since the battle of Hastograd.

this is a story about Media and Persia

    War Report

Immediately after the Persian invasion of New India, Indian soldiers made an amphibious attack on Nieu Bretagne and occupied it successfully with a small force.

The Persian main army marched next to the New Indian Capital "Hyderabad" and was able to secure a strategical position in the hills, ready to assault the city which will most probably fall. A large defending army and a couple of Indian air fighters is stationed in the city.

Persian troops also landed next to the Indian cities of Madras and Prayaga and were able to occupy it without much resistance. The south-eastern part of New India is now almost under Persian control
