That's the way it was on the Firaxis site.

It was great taking a city and seeing the option to view the city before deciding to raze it.

      FANTASTIC

Yep. Now if we could just get the ability to check things before answering on events and votes. I'm surprised they did the one without the others. Same issue, really.

More Important, who can list what was fixed in the old unofficial patch and not in the current official patch.

                  Other proclaimed fixes included

                  - fixes the automatic OOS that was introduced in 3.17 when directly boating a city in multiplayer
                  - Fixed loophole where you could use a Gamespy emulator to log on as any user
                  - Fixed rounding error in main interface progress bars (research, food, production, nationality) where the last color was sometimes not drawn
                  - Increased culture thresholds for no-espionage games, since espionage is converted into culture.
                  - Hammer decay of build items not currently being worked on correctly scales with game speed
                  - Fixed save/load issues with RTW mod
                  - Reduced frequency of city liberation popups
                  - Fixed spurious war declaration popup when loading a ship in the same tile as a rival ship.
                  - Fixed strategy text for Jaguar Warrior

to Firaxis for continuing to support the game, especially for the no-CD feature.
