    ModCast Episode 31: "Wouter's Back"

Does exactly what it says on the tin. The thirty-first episode of ModCast, an official podcast of Apolyton Civilization Site (ACS), is now available. Entitled "Wouter's Back", it finally features all four core panelists again: Wouter "Locutus" Snijders, Tony "GarretSidzaka" Kiehl, Kenneth "Impaler[WrG]" Ferland and John "bt_oz" Archer with first-time guest co-host Duane "Wyz_sub10" Wysynski.

An official podcast of Apolyton Civilization Site, ModCast is an ongoing effort to give the Civ community an interactive voice on Civilization modding; sibling show PolyCast focuses on Civ strategy and RevCast focses on Civilization: Revolution. To date, ACS is the only community on the web to produce its own Civilization podcasts.

I enjoyed this ep (I enjoy the others also, BTW), viewing the links while listening.

Eventually, I may even get around to swapping in some new artwork on my own (and be successful at it). As it is, I just do xml changes (to satisfy my realism ideals while not screwing the AI too much). Basing it on Hephmod Beyond (nudge, nudge) gives a great base to begin.

    Ditto,
Did anyone have Ryan Dunn From Jackass FAME? He died in a fiery car crash speeding after being in a bar. And to think, everyone thought he would die doing something stupid-rah

Good episode. However, @ ImpalerWRG ... Dr Wriggles, wiggles, whatever's event manager is sooo old school. You guys should really talk to EmperorFool - he has written an XML initializer where you just create your own event manager, create an associated xml file and then include ...

    Code:
      < load mod="Unit Naming" / >
... in the init.xml file and it automatically loads it and handles any events it needs. Actually, I have no idea what I am talking about () because I don't understand what it is doing - I just cut and paste and it usually works for me .
