After seeing people go in or out the wrong doors I just want to see if there are others besides me who knows what "Do Not Enter" means.

"Do not enter" only applies to other people unless there is also a sign saying "This means you".

It means Enter of course hence the giant letters "Do Not", in front of it doesnt apply to those who feel they can do as they please
