Spain, did you trade a tech, or sell/trade a voucher?
If you gave away a voucher (sold it, traded it, but did not give any tech) then you should post who acquired the voucher so their new voucher tally can be accounted for.
If by saying "the Spainish Empire has used up one tech vouchers" you mean you traded a tech then no need to name the tech or the civ that got it.

Shouldn't the table of tech trades be the first post in this thread so that it is easily found?
Subsequent trades would be reported individually and then the thread owner updates the official history table and marks the reported trade as "recorded"
Maybe I'm over stepping my bounds but it just seems very confusing when trying to figure out who has vouchers remaining and how many.
That is probably the case America, but not everyone has the ability to edit other people's posts. And those that do don't always have the time to do it daily. So if someone else chooses to produce a rolling list, it make the job easier, as only a copy/paste job is required.

actually why would anyone bechecking the list , it only here for info purposes.
you should know how many techs your own civ has to give. that al lyou need to worry bout and then psot here what you done/
It's part of the concept of self-regulation. If someone offers to trade with you, you can check to see if they have any tech vouchers left, and prevent erroneous trades, and arguments that someone has cheated.

I have traded a tech and thus Spain has used up in total so far of 2 tech vouchers.
Because we need a central adminstration list to end any possible debates. Maybe someone's harddisk crashes, one of the player died in a traffic accident, someone wants to know if he can still trade with civ x, etc. etc.Originally posted by Pitboss Vikings
