Status of Freeciv Loader for Windows

You can now load a saved game with the loader!!!! You still have to hit connect with the client and type start in the server but it's much easier!!!! I'll upload some pics is a few days!

And of course this will be freeware. Duh!!!!

You migth want to send a mail to freeciv-dev@freeciv.org and freeciv@freeciv.org to announce it...

It's far from finished. But did you know that saved games are eithered saved at blahblahblah.sav (when in auto save) and just blah (When you save normally) It's much harder to fid it if it has no extention, but I'm working on it. When I get a workable beta version I'll send along the e-mail but the pic will be posted here tonight. (Unless you want them somewhere else?)

You should send whatever announcements/code you want to send to freeciv-dev@freeciv.org . Remember that I am but one of many people involved in freeciv, and that the one common point of freeciv people are at the mailing list.

And I am actually one of the least relevant people in this context, as I:
-am not a freeciv administrator
-does not have the permissions to edit/add to the freeciv website
-does not run windows, and so cannot test your program...

All very good points.

But you seem to be the Apolyton Ambassator to Freeciv. But I guess I'll send an e-mail to them tonight. But I'll still post the pic's here too. And on my Software company's website.
