fellow creators, please help

So here is the deal. I love playing around with and creating maps on civ 3. My job offers lots of down time, however, I dont have access to a cd drive. Is there anyone out there that knows of a way to get just the map editor from civ3 complete or civ 3 ptw? i would love to have the ability to create and edit maps while away from home.
