Please be aware that FeMme is my wife, and we have been known to share the same living quarters!!!
We regularly play PBEM's together with other members of Poly, and other Civ websites, and have had no problem with anyone regarding our co-habitating status.
Please be assured she has no access to my computer, nor is she privy to any part of the administration of these games, from conception to culmination.
If anyone has any objection to her taking part in these games please feel free to voice them and she will amicably withdraw from the tournament.

Okay -- quick question. I got an error message on loading. I think it may be due to one (or more of these factors):
1.) I have slightly altered a couple of XMLs to change civ colors/flags.
2.) I am running Solver's patch.
Which of these two do I have to remove in order to be able to play the game?

Operating system - XP, Vista etc
Type of civ bought e.g. retail, steam,D2D etc
Civ patch version number 3.02 or 3.03 etc
Any mods you have installed

Yes, this is one of the causes. I would suggest instead of altering the original assets file, you instead place your altered file in the \My Documents\My Games\Beyond the Sword\CustomAssets\xml\.... folder.Originally posted by jkp1187

The saves are being generated from retail versions of the game - with no modifications apart from mods.I don't know why he saved my life. Using Win2k, D2D purchase, 3.03 patch.
Mods: Solver's Patch, custom civ colors and flags, altered Civ4CivlizationInfos.xml and CIV4ArtDefinesCivilization.xml.
Yeah, I will restore the original XMLs and make my flag/color changes into an official "MOD". (Probably should've done that long ago anyway.) If you guys are just playing with straight 3.03 (no Solver), then I might just wait until the next game after 3.13 to start.
