"The Fix"
Norton is intrusive. beware.
Had to recheck all the Spy Sweeper boxes to double check what has been allowed/not allowed
dispite checking "notify when changes are made"
never received a couple notices that would have told me, access blocked.....
Hopefully this will save someone hours of frustration and headaches

Just that other users can set certain things on Norton that may interfere with "others" settings.
