15 year old girl has sex with man who turns out to be a woman

I know, I should make light of statuatory rape. but it's oh so fun.
So I wonder, is it as embarrassing for a woman to have sex with a woman who she thinks is a man, or more embarrassing for a man to have sex with a man he thinks is a woman?
Will she be scarred for life?
But I think this is worse than normal statuatory rape. It'd be interesting to see if she got as tough a sentence as a man would get. But to me it's worse, because it violated the girl's trust in 2 ways, not just one.
On a related note, why do 15 year old girls fall in love with old farts? They should stick with "boys" their own age. Yeah I know. Teenage boys are a bunch of jerkoffs. I guess I can't blame them. You'd think there would be one or two good ones in the mix though.
